This one is a little frustrating.  It has more potential than it hits.  The first five tips are all practically identical.  It's still worth a read though if you need to learn more about Generative AI.

I wouldn't consider "understand your audience inside and out" to be an easy thing, but I see what they're getting at.  You need to know who you're talking to.
